HRToolbench has enabled Sterilite to effectively automate our job documentation as well as our performance review and development processes. Competency rating data provide for greater visibility into our talent pipeline, and the administrative reports have reduced the time required to monitor the completion status of performance documents. We have enjoyed working with the HRToolbench team who are always open to our suggestions and requests for system enhancements.
